By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: ✅ Order a taxi (ask for a taxi, inquire about the price, and specify payment methods). ✅ Give directions to the driver (ask to speed up, slow down, or stop at a specific location). ✅ Understand and use key taxi-related vocabulary (e.g., taxi station, taximeter, base fare, luggage). ✅ Handle payment and request a receipt (ask about the fare, pay in cash or by card, and thank the driver). ✅ Solve common problems (e.g., if the taximeter is off, if the fare seems too high, or if they forget something in the taxi). ✅ Practice real-life conversations through role-playing activities and fill-in-the-blank exercises.
